Sessions Duplimated boards are used at all sessions. Most pairs sessions are hosted, (check the Home Page Calendar.) so you can come without a partner and be assured of a game. There is not usually a host on Bank Holidays and Simultaneous Pairs events. The hosting rota is shown on the website. You are expected to host occasionally if you live locally. Please be in your seats 15 minutes before the start time. (Please phone the club if you are delayed and on your way to the club). Monday 2 pm and 7.15pm both level 4 Tuesday 1 pm and 7.15pm Practice Class Wednesday 2 pm level 2 and 7.15pm level 4 Thursday 2 pm Relaxed Duplicate (NGS below 6) Thursday 7.15pm level 2 ********** Teams sessions temporarily suspended 2nd Thursday Teams 7.15pm level 4 3rd Thursday teams 7.30pm level 2 for less experienced players. ********** Results These are published on the website and on the club notice board.
Governance The Club is affiliated to the English Bridge Union (EBU) and is governed according to its rules and regulations. The Club is fully committed to the Best Behaviour in Bridge code of practice. Copies of the club Privacy Notice, Constitution and Code of Conduct and the EBU Best Behaviour in Bridge are on the website and on the notice board.
Refreshments Tea, coffee and most of the time biscuits are available at all sessions from the downstairs kitchen on a self service basis. Tea and coffee are free to members. There are also drinks from a licensed bar. Practice Classes A club room is hired by Eileen Perrigo on Tuesdays at 1.00pm & 7pm respectively so that you can practise what you've learnt.

Special events During the year we hold one-off competitions for some of the Club’s trophies, heats of Sussex County Contract Bridge Association competitions and simultaneous pairs events organised by BGB, EBU, and SCCBA. The dates are posted on the website and on the notice board and if you wish to play in any of these events you sign up on the sheets which will be posted.
The Spring Festival This is a full week of bridge for members of the Club, held in the middle of May. See the website and notice board in April for details.
